The film is based on a true story of an 84 year old Kenyan's fight to get a primary school education.  The film starsNaomie Harris of Small Island and Pirates of the Caribbean franchise

Hot on this success is the opening of the second film club today, Saturday 18th June in the Olympic borough of Newham with a 'free' drinks reception, Caribbean buffet and entertainment from 7pm. 

In keeping with the educational theme, the screening will be followed by a short talk with esteemed academic: Professor Gus John who'll be joined by film director: Mark Norfolk. 

Tickets are £8.00 from the box office and worth 10% off your meals and drinks upon presentation at Caribbean Scene Restaurant & Bar, Stratford before and after the screening!
