BBC2 new HAIRY BIKERS series seeking Caribbean families ...

Are you a real foodie? Do you have dog-eared cookbooks you wouldn’t be without? Or tried and trusted recipes, firm family favourites which you’re willing to share with other people?

This summer, Simon King and Dave Myers will undertake a nationwide search for Britain’s lost recipes – those forgotten gems or secret scribbles handed down from mother to daughter across the generations.

We are looking for grannies, mums and daughters of all ages and from all ethnic backgrounds who love to cook, and have a recipe with a fantastic family history, to take part in the next BBC2 Hairy Bikers series to be filmed all over Britain from June – October 2009.

If you are up for a laugh, have an amazing story behind your family recipe and are willing to cook on national TV, we’d like to hear from you.
To find out more please email hairybikers@bbc.co.uk or call 0121 567 6585.
